Where is your shop based?
Lucki Studio is based in Montego Bay, Jamaica

Do you accept COD [Cash on Delivery]?
No, I do not. All payments must be made before your order is processed.

Do you ship outside Jamaica?
Not yet! Lucki Studio currently ships within Jamaica only.
I hope to expand shipping options soon. For now, I ship island wide via ZipMail. I also offer pickup for those living in St. James

When will my package be shipped?
I ship every Friday at 12.
Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following week.

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are made and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment.
Delivery times vary depending on your parish and method — Zipmail usually takes 2-3 days to arrive.

What does “made to order” mean?
Each product is crafted after payment is confirmed — this prevents waste and keeps everything freshly made just for you. Items such as stickers and acrylic keychains that are on-hand will be readily available.

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be made before shipping or pickup.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed, cancelled or refunded ONLY if production hasn’t started yet.
Once I begin working on your order, no changes can be made. As such, please double check your order details before confirming.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please message me right away with photos of the item and packaging.
I’ll review the situation and do my best to make things right.

How do I care for my items?
– Keep your keychains and bracelets dry or away from harsh liquids such as alcohol and perfumes.
– Avoid stretching or pulling on the charms aggressively.
– Store in a cool, shaded place.
– Gently wipe with a soft cloth if dusty.
